Committee Chair
	Sivakumar Natesan (Siva) serves as a Senior Web Developer at Wells Fargo, San Francisco, California, developing web applications to implement banks compliance projects and store maintenance. Siva has 10+ years of hands on experience in software development and its process. Experienced working for different levels of technical position from software development, mentoring, leading the teams, administrating networks, remote server monitoring, admin support, and systems programming. Siva worked as a software consultant for different industries from banks, finance, telecommunication, manufacturing, automobile, entertainment industry and data centers. He worked at different client locations in India, Switzerland and USA. Siva holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University, India. He is Microsoft certified professional, Sun certified Java programmer, IBM certified Lotus Notes application developer and ISO certified internal quality auditor for software process.
Committee Vice Chair
	Ryan Jones graduated San Jose State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting Information Systems and a minor in Mandarin. Prior to his education he worked at Wells Fargo, San Francisco, CA in the Middle Ware Services Group writing middle-ware applications and working on software conversions. Before Wells Fargo, he worked at US Sprint in Kansas City, KS on the Spring ION project (DSL) and IVRU development. Before Sprint he worked at American Express in Phoenix, AZ as a Sybase and MSSql Database Administrator and IVRU developer. Prior to that he worked for HSBC (then called Household Credit) as a middle-ware and client side application developer. Ryan has recently passed the CISA exam and has experience working on several security related projects dealing with encryption, network traffic analysis, reverse-engineering and network penetration. Ryan has experience running his own businesses as well. He has been incorporated four times, two of which proved to be quite successful. Ryan currently works at Ernst & Young in the Risk Advisory Services group performing IT Audits.
Committee Member
	Akshay Krishnaiah serves as a Senior Associate for Ernst & Young at their Global Technology Center in San Jose and also drives social branding efforts as a User Evangelist. As a Senior Associate, he is responsible for execution of Risk Advisory projects and oversight of staff in the field. He also works closely with the people initiative team leading user evangelism efforts. Akshay Krishnaiah has 10 years of experience in business development and leading teams. Prior to joining Ernst & Young in April 2007, Akshay led a number of strategic initiatives with startups and consulting firms across the globe, where he was recognized as an expert in professional communication, user evangelism and new product development. He was active in developing Knowledge Maps at the Communication Service Provider Unit at Infosys Technologies. Akshay Krishnaiah holds bachelors degree in Information Science & Engineering from India and a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Texas. He is active within the startup community in the Bay Area.
